The swimming pools at the Matadee are exceptionally unique and fun. Over one hundred metres of Venice style canals run past villas and rooms, with islands of foliage for you to circumnavigate and warm, cascading waterfalls to glide through . At night these waterways are illuminated with subtle spotlights, allowing you to drift as if through a jungle twilight until you reach the huge main pool which twinkles like the night sky with thousands of pinpoints of light.
The rooms are luxurious, particularly if you stay in an Access Pool Villa which has direct canal access and a bathroom the size of a small apartment.
