The Bliss Hotel offers nine unique “Nightly Escapes” to choose from. I experienced the Classic Suite which has a distinct personality with dark decor right in line with 007. Specially chosen classical music was playing in the suite as I walked in, which really set the tone for my stay.
With a central location in Breda, it’s easy to find the Bliss Hotel, at the base of the Great Church. Each of the nine Nightly Escapes has something different to offer, which in a way feels like a “choose your own adventure” for boutique hotels. With suites like the Notting Hill, Dream, and the Lodge Suite it’s easy to see there’s a wide range of choice. The breakfast buffet offered up a nice selection of morning choices in a cozy dining room.
The coffee/tea service brought right to the suite was a nice touch. In terms of style and décor, the Bliss Hotel is spot on. The lobby and common areas have a Breakfast at Tiffany’s feel to them. Although at times the dark walls of the Classic Suite, combined with the rain outside, felt a bit too dark and moody, although the Netflix sure was a pick me up! Be sure to check out the third floor trust bar when you’re thirsty too.
With new ownership, the Bliss Hotel will have even more to offer with hotel updates underway and planned for the future. When you’re looking for a place to escape to bliss, look no further than the Bliss Hotel in Breda.
